1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Vortex Textile Machinery website, products, quotations and services. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Quotations & Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Orders become binding only upon written order confirmation from Vortex. Prices are quoted ex-works Surat, India, and exclude freight, insurance, duties and applicable taxes unless explicitly included.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 40% advance with order confirmation, 50% against readiness for dispatch, and 10% after successful installation and commissioning. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.a

4. Delivery & Installation

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Warranty

Vortex warrants that new machinery is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 15 months from dispatch, whichever is earlier. Warranty covers replacement of defective parts; labour and travel are covered for the first 6 months only. Warranty does not cover wear parts, misuse, unauthorised modifications or consumables.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vortex's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific equipment giving rise to the claim. Vortex is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost production or profits.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, drawings, technical data and trademarks — is the property of Vortex Textile Machinery or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.
